Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every item you order. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process ensures a quick and fair resolution.
1. Our Promise
We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Included with all tags, labels, and original packaging.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect:
- Baby Equipment (due to stringent health and safety regulations)
- Accessories & Toys (specifically items classified as toys)
- Beanies, Hats & Caps (for personal hygiene reasons)
- Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase.
All other items—including footwear (ankle boots, ballerinas, beach shoes), bags (backpacks, cases), belts, and general accessories—are eligible for return or exchange within the 15-day period.

We’ll reply within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed. - Ship Your Return

3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:

Exchanges:
