5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. The shipping options available at checkout will confirm if we can deliver to your address.

5.2 Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Flat rate: £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over £50. Delivery within 15–25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once the carrier delivers your package, responsibility for the goods passes to you. Please inspect packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

6.2 Condition of Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

• Baby Equipment
• Accessories & Toys (items classified as toys)
• Beanies, Hats & Caps
• Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

6.4 Return Process & Costs

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
